OneTouch® Interface Cable

To transfer your OneTouch® Meter results to your personal computer, you’ll need a OneTouch® 9-pin serial or USB Interface Cable. The test result data can then be viewed using OneTouch® Diabetes Management Software or any OneTouch Meter-compatible software.

What you need to make the connection: 

• A OneTouch Meter with data port
• A OneTouch Interface Cable
• A personal computer
• OneTouch Diabetes Management Software or compatible communications software (read the OneTouch Software System Requirements)
• An available RS-232 serial port or USB port

System requirements: serial cable

• The OneTouch Serial Interface Cable will work with any supported Windows® operating system
• This cable is compatible with OneTouch Diabetes Management Software, and with LifeScan’s older diabetes management software, InTouch® (which is no longer distributed)

System requirements: USB cable

• The OneTouch USB Interface Cable will work with only these operating systems: Microsoft® Windows® 98 SE, Windows® Me, Windows® 2000, Windows® XP, and Windows Vista™. 
• This cable is not compatible with LifeScan’s older diabetes management software, InTouch® Software
• You must install a software driver before using it for the first time. The driver is supplied on CD with the cable, or it can also be downloaded from this Web site.
