Research Foundation (JDRF)
LifeScan Canada Ltd. has been a proud supporter of JDRF since the early 1990’s and a consistent National Sponsor of the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes. To-date, thanks to our company’s fundraising campaign, individual pledges and corporate matches, galas and event sponsorships, LifeScan Canada Ltd. has contributed over $1 million dollars to JDRF in support of their mission to find a cure for diabetes and its complications.

The annual TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes unites communities across Canada and continues to raise funds towards JDRF’s commitment to curing, treating and preventing type 1 diabetes.

United Way
LifeScan Canada Ltd. has been a supporter of the B.C. United Way since the early 1990’s. To-date our employees fundraising efforts (pledges, raffles, pancake breakfasts, auctions and other events) have helped raise more than $700,000 for the United Way in support of their mission to bring positive, long-term and sustainable change to living conditions in our community.
